INSTANT NYONYA SAUCE 

Ingredients :
Chilli, RBD Palm Olein, Onion, Sugar, Soybeans Paste (Contain Soybean, Gluten & Sodium Benzoate (E210)), Lemongrass, Torch Ginger Flower, Garlic, and Salt.

Cooking Instruction :
To Steam: Steam 600gm of fish for 10 minutes. Pour in 1 packet IKAN BRAND paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes.(Approx: 15 minutes)

To Fry: Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn/ Squid/ Chicken together with 1 packet IKAN BRAND paste for 15 minutes until cooked.

成份:
辣椒、棕榈油、大葱、糖、豆酱(内含黄豆,麸质 & 苯甲酸钠(E210))、香茅、姜花、蒜米和盐。

烹饪方式:
蒸法:将600gm鱼蒸10分钟,将一包Ikan Brand即煮酱淋上再蒸5分钟,待熟后即可享用。(约15分钟)

煮法:用慢火将600克虾、苏东或鸡肉和一包Ikan Brand即煮酱一起煮熟即可。
