INSTANT FISH CURRY SAUCE 

Ingredients :
Onion, Chili, RBD Palm Olein, Curry Powder, Lemongrass, Ginger, Salt & Sugar.

Cooking Instruction :
1) Fish 600gm, vegetable 100gm: lady’s finger, tomato and brinjal, water 400gm (2 cups), fresh thick coconut milk 200gm and 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Instant Fish Curry Paste.

2) Stir fry Instant Fish Curry Paste together with vegetables until fragrant. Add in water and fishcook until boilStir in coconut milksimmer over low heat cook until fish is cooked. (Approx : 15 minutes)

咖喱鱼即煮酱

成份:
葱、辣椒、食用油、咖喱粉、香茅、姜、盐和糖。

烹饪方式:
1)600克鱼、100克疏菜如羊角豆、番茄和茄子、400毫升清水、200毫升新鲜浓椰浆和1包IKAN BRAND咖喱鱼即煮酱。

2)用慢火将酱料和蔬菜一起炒香。加入清水和鱼,待沸后加入椰浆,煮至鱼熟即可享用。(大约 : 15 分钟)
