INSTANT TOM YAM PASTE
Ingredients :
Chili, Onion, Sugar, Lemongrass, RBD Palm Olein, Tamarind, Lime Powder (Contain Soybean), Salt and Kaffir Lime Leaves.
Cooking Instruction :
Still fry 1 packet IKAN BRAND Instant Tomyam Sauce till fragrant. Add water 600ml (3 cups), 2 tomatoes, vegetable, chili padi, prawns, squid and chicken 250g. Cook over medium heat till boil and garnish with peppermint leaves. Add lime juice if necessary. (To serve 4-5 persons)
酸辣东炎即煮酱
成份：
辣椒、大葱、糖、香茅、食用油、亚参（罗望子）、柠檬粉（内含黄豆）、盐和马峰柑叶。
烹煮方式：
将1包IKAN BRAND 酸辣东炎酱料倒入锅里炒香，加入600毫升 或3 碗清水、2粒番茄、蔬菜、小辣椒、虾、苏东及250克鸡肉，待煮沸后加入少许薄荷叶，可随个人口味加入酸柑汁。
