THAI STYLE STEAMED FISH PASTE 

Ingredients :
Shallot, Lemongrass, Chili, Spices, Ginger, Sugar and Salt.

Cooking Instruction :
To Steam :
Steam 600g of fish for 10 minutes. Pour away water in the platePour in 1 packet  IKAN BRAND  Thai Style Steamed Fish Paste. Let it steam for another 5 minutes. (Approx: 15 minutes)
To Fry :
Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid / Chicken together with  1 packet  IKAN BRAND  Thai Style Steamed Fish Paste for 15 minutes. Continue cooking until seafood is cooked.

泰式蜜汁酱

成份:
葱、香茅、辣椒、香料、姜、糖和盐。

烹饪方式:
蒸法:
将600克鱼蒸10分钟,把多余水分倒掉,淋上一包IKAN BRAND泰式蜜汁酱料再蒸5分钟。待熟后即可享用。(大约15 分钟)
炸法:
先将600克虾/苏东或鸡肉炸熟,把酱料煮滚淋上,搅拌均匀即可。
