Cooking Instruction
To Steam:
Steam 600gm of fish for 8 minutes.Pour in 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Paste. Let it steam for another 3 minutes. (Approx : 11 minutes)
To Stir-fry:
Stir-fry 600gm of Prawn / Squid /Chicken together with 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Paste . Add in 200ml water (1 cup). Continue cooking until boil and serve hot.
* This sauce also suitable for soya sauce prawn ball or soya sauce friend chicken cube
