Curry Masak Merah Paste

Ingredient :
Tomato Paste, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Sugar, Lemongrass, Garlic, Salt, Galangal, Turmeric & Chili Powder.

Cooking Instruction :
1) Fry 1kg chicken till light golden brown colour, dish up and set aside.
2) Stir 1 packet of IKAN BRAND Curry Masak Merah Paste with some water, add in chicken stirring until absorb all the gravyReady to serve.

红咖喱肉酱

成份:
番茄酱、大葱、食用油、糖、香茅、蒜米、盐、南姜、黄姜和辣椒粉。

烹饪方式:
1)将1公斤鸡肉切成大块状,洗净之后用热油炸至金黄色。
2)将肉类及一包IKAN BRAND红咖喱肉酱倒入锅,用慢火炒香加入少许清水,用慢火把肉煮熟后即可享用。
