Instant Rendang Paste
干咖喱即煮酱

INSTANT RENDANG PASTE 

Ingredients :
Chili, Onion, RBD Palm Olein, Turmeric, Galangal, Lemongrass, Ginger, Sugar and Salt.

Cooking Instruction :
1) 1 packet IKAN BRAND Instant Rendang Paste, chicken or meat 1.2kg, water 100ml (1  cup), thick coconut milk 200gm.
2) Stir fry chicken or meat with IKAN BRAND paste over low heat until aromatic. Add water and coconut milk to simmer until chicken is tender and gravy become thicker. (Approx : 30 minutes)

干咖喱即煮酱

材料:
辣椒、大葱、食用油、黄姜、南姜、香茅、姜、糖及盐。

烹饪方式:
1)1包IKAN BRAND干咖喱即煮酱料、1.2公斤鸡肉或其它肉类(切成大块)、清水100ml(1杯)、200ml浓椰浆。
2)用小火将酱肉和IKAN BRAND酱料炒香,倒入清水和椰浆(改大火)待沸后用小火焖煮至肉熟及酱汁变浓。(大约 : 40 分钟)
