Soup Paste

Ingredient :
Edible Oil, Onion, Galanga, Lemongrass, Ginger, Spice and salt.

Cooking Instruction :
1) Mix the IKAN BRAND Soup Paste together with water 800ml (3cups)500g bone and cook till tender.

2) Add some fry onion and celery.

3) This sauce is suitable serving together with yellow noodles or beehoon with bean sprouts.

4) To more deliciousadd some own make chili sauce.

*Prepare the Chili Sauce: To grind the garlic and chili together with the sweet ketchup.

材料
棕榈油、葱、南姜、香茅、姜、香料和盐。

烹饪方式:
1)把IKAN BRAND 既煮酱连同800毫升(3杯)和500克肉骨加热至嫩。

2)添加一些葱和芹菜。

3)此酱适合与黄面或米粉及豆芽混合在一起烹调。

4)随个人口味添加辣椒。

*调制辣椒酱:将蒜头、辣椒与甜酱油混合搅碎。
