Method 1: Marinate 500gm steak with Ikan Brand Paste for 20 minutes. Grill steak until cooked.
Method 2: Stir fry 1kg Crab or 600gm chicken / meat with Ikan Brand Paste add some water over medium heat and cook until the gravy is absorbed.
Method 3: Stir fry slice onion with Ikan Brand paste and pour over cooked steak to serve as black pepper sauce.
