Instant Penang White Curry Paste

Ingredient :
Curry Powder (Cloves, Star Anise, Chili Powder, Shrimp), Onion, Garlic, Lemongrass, Salt, Sugar & RBD Palm Olein.

Cooking Instruction :
1) Stir fry 1 packet IKAN BRAND Penang White Curry Paste until fragrant. Pour in 800ml (4 cups) of water. Cook until boil.

2) Add in fish cake, bean curd puffs and prawns. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Then add in one box (200ml) of coconut milk or evaporated milk.

3) Blanch noodles or bee hoon in boiling water. Shake off excess water and serve into bowl.

4) Pour the Penang White Curry gravy over the bowl. Serve while hot.

槟城白咖哩酱

材料:
咖哩粉(丁香、八角、辣椒粉、虾米)、葱、蒜、香茅、盐、糖和棕榈油。

烹饪方式:
1)爆香IKAN BRAND 槟城白咖哩酱料,倒入800ml 或四杯水煮沸,加入鱼、豆腐卜和鲜虾,继续煮约10至15分钟,最后加入1盒(200ml)浓椰浆或淡奶。把适量面条或米粉烫熟后沥干备用。将之前准备好的汤料淋在面或米粉和食料上,趁热食用。
