香脆炸鸡粉

FRIED CHICKEN FLOUR

Ingredient:
Wheat Flour, Starch, Cornflour, Salt, Seasoning, MSG, Pepper Powder. 

Cooking Instruction :
1) Wash clean 1kg of chicken wings or drumsticks thoroughly.

2) Marinate chicken wings or drumsticks with salt and light soy sauce and add two eggs. Mix well and set aside for 30 minutesAfter that add a packet of IKAN BRAND Crispy Fried Chicken Flour and rub evenly.

3) Heat oil for deep frying. Deep fry chicken until cooked and golden brown.

*Suitable for fried prawn and cuttlefish.

香脆炸鸡粉

材料:
面粉、淀粉、粟米粉、盐、调味料、味精、胡椒粉。

烹饪方式:
1)将1公斤的鸡翅膀或鸡腿彻底清洗干净。

2)将鸡翅膀或鸡腿和盐、生抽及两个鸡蛋拌匀,并腌制30分钟。之后,添加一包IKAN BRAND香脆炸鸡粉并搅拌均匀。

3)用大火将鸡肉油炸呈金黄色即可享用。

*香脆炸鸡粉适用于炸虾及墨鱼。
