1) Stir fry 1 packet IKAN BRAND Penang White Curry Paste until fragrant. Pour in 800ml (4 cups) of water. Cook until boil.
2) Add in fish cake, bean curd puffs and prawns. Cook for another 10 to 15 minutes. Then add in 200ml of coconut milk or evaporated milk.
3) Blanch noodles or bee hoon in boiling water. Shake off excess water and serve into bowl.
4) Pour the Penang White Curry gravy over the bowl. Serve while hot.
